Job Summary
Mahabal Workforce Solutions is hiring Service Engineers for our reputed client in the Material Handling Equipment (MHE) & Bagging Machines industry. We are looking for dynamic and technically skilled candidates who are passionate about field service, installation, maintenance, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) & Bagging Machines.
- Troubleshoot and rectify machine breakdowns.
- Attend customer breakdown calls and provide timely technical support.
- Perform preventive maintenance at customer sites.
- Conduct machine demonstrations and customer training.
- Carry out technical repair and servicing.
- Prepare inspection reports and service documentation.
- Maintain exploded drawings and other technical documents.
- Promote spare parts and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Travel to customer locations as assigned.
Eligibility
- ITI (Electrical) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in servicing industrial machinery.
- Experience in Material Handling Equipment, Bagging Machines, Packaging Machines, Conveyors, Forklifts, or Industrial Automation will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply (if suitable).
Requirements
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to diagnose and solve technical issues independently.
