We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Food & Beverage Executive to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Job Summary
The Food & Beverage Executive is responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring excellent customer service, coordinating with the kitchen and barista teams, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, handling guest concerns, and driving sales through effective upselling. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on professional capable of managing operations during peak business hours in a fast-paced gaming café environment.
Key Responsibilities: Guest Experience & Service
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
- Welcome guests, assist with seating, and ensure prompt service.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Promote menu specials, combo offers, and gaming packages.
Operational Management
- Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, barista, and service teams.
- Monitor service standards, cleanliness, and overall outlet presentation.
- Ensure timely order delivery and maintain service quality during peak hours.
- Conduct opening and closing checks as per SOPs.
Team Supervision
- Guide and support service associates, baristas, and stewards.
- Allocate duties and monitor staff performance.
- Conduct daily team briefings before shifts.
- Ensure proper grooming and adherence to company standards.
Sales & Revenue
- Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Monitor average bill value and guest conversion.
- Support promotional campaigns and special events.
- Achieve outlet sales targets through effective floor management.
POS & Cash Handling
- Supervise billing operations and ensure transaction accuracy.
- Handle cash, card, and digital payment reconciliations.
- Ensure proper documentation of daily sales reports.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor daily consumption of food, beverages, and disposables.
- Coordinate with stores for timely replenishment.
- Minimize wastage and control operational costs.
- Assist in monthly inventory and stock audits.
Hygiene & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, gaming zones, and service counters.
- Ensure proper sanitation, pest control, and waste management practices.
- Conduct routine hygiene inspections.
Coordination
- Liaise with the kitchen, barista, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Report equipment issues and operational concerns promptly.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Food Safety Certification is an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in cafés, restaurants, QSRs, gaming cafés, casual dining, hotels, or entertainment venues.
- Prior experience as an F&B Executive, Restaurant Supervisor, Café Supervisor, or Shift Manager is preferred.
