We’re looking for a passionate, self-motivated, team player DeFi / Blockchain Tech
Lead to help us build the next generation of financial products ecosystem. You will
gain an ownership over end-to-end ecosystem products as well as the ability to
influence the creation, design, and execution of future products. You will be
responsible for ensuring a consistent, high-quality products that deliver great user
experience across the ecosystem with robustness and security.
Initial Responsibility
- Participate in discussions from the initial product ideas to launch.
- Work closely with internal and external parties to rapidly iterate,
experiment, and launch products.
- Own products end to end.
- Research, design, develop, test, and implement end-to-end systems and
core & periphery smart contracts and mechanisms of DeFi products.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Solidity and the Ethereum Virtual Machine.
- Prior experience deploying complex smart contract systems to the
Ethereum mainnet.
- Experience building and maintaining a production system at scale.
- Prior experience working closely with a designer to iterate on a product.
- A desire to keep up with modern best practices in web development.
Nice to haves
- A degree in mathematics or computer science or computer engineering.
- Experience in Web3 product development
