Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, visitors, and staff warmly and professionally.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the hospital’s appointment system.
- Register new patients and update existing patient records accurately.
- Provide information about hospital services, doctors’ availability, and visiting hours.
- Collect co-pays, fees, and issue receipts when required.
- Manage and organize the reception area to ensure it is clean and welcoming.
- Handle patient admissions and discharge processes (if required).
- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information as per HIPAA and hospital policies.
- Liaise with medical staff and departments to coordinate patient flow and services.
- Receive and sort mail, deliveries, and correspondence.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
- Certificate in Medical Office Administration or related field (Preferred).
- Previous experience in a medical or hospital setting is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using computers, scheduling software, and office equipment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology (Preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Pay: ₹12,000.05 - ₹15,974.96 per month
