Job Title: Chinese Cook
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Chinese Cook to prepare authentic and high-quality Chinese cuisine. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, sauces, and presentation standards, ensuring taste consistency and kitchen hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes such as noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, soups, gravies, and appetizers.
- Ensure proper use of ingredients, sauces, and seasonings to maintain authentic taste.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
- Manage food preparation, cutting, marination, and cooking within specified timelines.
- Monitor food stock levels and inform management about shortages.
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials and cooked food.
- Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chinese Cook (2–5 years preferred).
- Knowledge of Chinese sauces, spices, and cooking techniques (wok cooking, stir-fry, steaming, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Preferred:
- Experience in hotel/restaurant/cloud kitchen.
- Ability to create new menu items or fusion dishes.

Pay: ₹9,345.77 - ₹15,000.00 per month
