- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for HDPE Pipes.
- Develop and expand dealer/distributor networks and key customer accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities in irrigation, infrastructure, industrial, and water supply projects.
- Lead sales negotiations, pricing discussions, and order closures.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution and collections.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence reports.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to improve performance and market penetration.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 12-15 years of total experience and 8-10 years of experience in HDPE Pipe, PVC Pipe, Irrigation, or Building Material sales.
- Strong network in the infrastructure, irrigation, and project sales segment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Reporting To: MD & CEO
Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
