Position: Bench Sales Career Advisor
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)
We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Career Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Bench Sales and US IT Staffing, helping consultants market their profiles, secure interviews, and achieve successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide career guidance to consultants regarding bench sales strategies and job placements.
* Market bench candidates to vendors, clients, and implementation partners across the US.
* Optimize and tailor resumes according to job requirements and market demand.
* Actively submit profiles on job portals and generate leads.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and recruiters.
* Track daily submissions, interview schedules, and placement status.
* Prepare candidates through mock interviews and feedback sessions.
* Ensure proper documentation and compliance (visa status, work authorization, etc.).
* Stay updated with US job market trends, technologies, and hiring practices.
* Maintain regular communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Bench Sales, US IT Staffing, or Career Advising.
* Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Experience working with H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC candidates.
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple consultants simultaneously.
* Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
* Proactive, target-driven, and client-focused approach.
* Comfortable working night shifts (US Time Zone).
