Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist members, visitors, and prospective clients.
- Manage front desk operations and visitor registration.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and workspace reservations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Maintain reception and common areas in a clean and organized manner.
- Support member onboarding and provide basic information about services and facilities.
- Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and facility teams as needed.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when required.
- Support community events and member engagement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in reception, front desk, hospitality, or customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer applications.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
