About the Role
We are looking for a BDE who understands the realities of staffing sales- long follow-ups, negotiations, and closures. This role is target-driven and outcome-focused. You will be expected to bring in active hiring clients and work closely with the delivery team to close positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new domestic staffing clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and references
- Pitch staffing services and clearly explain our hiring model, timelines, and commercials
- Convert discussions into active job requirements
- Coordinate closely with the TA team to ensure delivery
- Handle negotiations on fees, replacement terms, and engagement models
- Maintain a structured pipeline and follow-up rigor
- Meet monthly client acquisition and revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in domestic staffing sales
- Proven experience speaking with HRs, founders, TA heads, or hiring managers
- Comfortable with cold calling and rejection
- Clear communication and professional follow-ups
- Strong ownership mindset- you take responsibility till closure
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
