About the Role:
We are hiring an Academic Mentor to guide and support students throughout their course journey. The role involves continuous coordination with learners to ensure successful course completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to students during the course
- Assist in assignment drafting and ensure timely submissions
- Monitor learner progress and follow up regularly
- Coordinate with students for smooth course completion
- Handle student queries and provide solutions
- Follow up and remind students regarding pending fee payments
Requirements:
- Master’s degree (MBA / M.Com preferred)
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
