Key Responsibilities
· Warehouse operations with expertise in inbound/outbound processes and team handling
· Manage warehouse operations, lead teams, ensure SOP compliance, track KPIs, and resolve escalations
· Manage and supervise warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory movement, and order fulfillment.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor a team of warehouse associates to achieve operational targets.
- Maintain operational accuracy, productivity, and adherence to SOPs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless warehouse execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and process standards.
- Track operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Handle escalation management and resolve day-to-day operational challenges
Requirement:
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proven experience in team handling and workforce management.
- Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound warehouse processes.
- Experience in inventory management and warehouse systems will be preferred.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse management tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹33,596.19 per month
