A telecaller initiates and receives calls to connect with prospective and existing clients. Their primary goal is to promote products, generate leads, resolve customer queries, and drive sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calls: Reach out to leads or past clients to pitch products, share updates, or schedule appointments.Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers, answer questions about products, and assist with concerns.Lead Qualification: Ask relevant questions to understand the customer’s requirements and determine their interest level.Data Management: Log call details, update customer information, and manage follow-up schedules in the CRM system.Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales, call volume, or lead generation.
