Role Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer in QA Automation with strong hands-on experience in Playwright and Selenium. The ideal candidate will contribute to building high-quality automation solutions, ensuring robust test coverage, and supporting continuous delivery pipelines.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain automation test scripts using Playwright and Selenium.

Contribute to the design and evolution of automation frameworks under architectural guidance.

Implement automated tests for web, API, and integration layers using JavaScript and Java.

Integrate and execute automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines.

Collaborate with developers and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Participate in code reviews, defect analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support test data management, environment setup, and execution stability.

Ensure adherence to defined automation standards and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in software testing and automation.

Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and Selenium WebDriver.

Proficiency in JavaScript and/or Java.

Experience working with automation frameworks (BDD, data-driven, or hybrid).

Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.

Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Good debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Good to Have

Experience with API automation tools (Postman, Rest Assured, Karate).

Basic understanding of performance testing tools (JMeter, k6).

Exposure to mobile test automation (Appium).

Awareness of emerging trends such as AI-powered testing.
