Core Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and onboard new clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to refer patients to the diagnostic centre.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key medical stakeholders to ensure consistent business and referral flow.
- Corporate Sales: Pitch and secure corporate tie-ups for employee annual health check-ups and wellness programs.
- Brand Promotion: Represent the diagnostic centre at medical events, health camps, and conferences to increase local market visibility.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and sales targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the operations, laboratory, and phlebotomy teams to guarantee accurate testing, prompt reporting, and smooth home-sample collections.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors' pricing, service offerings, and local market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Reporting: Document and maintain accurate records of client visits, follow-ups, and sales conversions using CRM software.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a healthcare-related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of proven field sales experience, ideally in medical diagnostics, pathology labs, or the broader healthcare and pharma sector.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English, Hindi, and local regional languages is highly beneficial.
- Personality: Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly comfortable with frequent local travel to conduct field visits.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
