Role Overview
- We are looking for a results-oriented digital marketer who understands how to generate high-quality leads, optimize campaigns, and contribute directly to business growth. This is not a vanity-metrics role—we expect measurable outcomes.
- If your campaigns don’t generate leads and revenue, this role isn’t for you. We’re looking for someone with 1-2+ years of experience who can own performance marketing end to end and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies focused on ROI and conversions
- Manage end-to-end funnel from campaign setup to lead quality analysis
- Work on landing pages, ad creatives, and copy to improve conversion rates
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager
- Collaborate with content and design teams for campaign creatives
- Continuously test, iterate, and scale campaigns based on data insights
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and paid advertising
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Knowledge of lead generation funnels and CRM handling
- Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions
- Basic understanding of landing page optimization and A/B testing
- Experience in real estate marketing is a strong advantage
