Responsibilities
- The Sales Representative is primarily responsible for quoting and closing insurance policies for leads received via phone and via CRM (digital submission)
- Handle inbound warm leads received via phone and digital submission
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions tailored to their requirements
- Ensure a seamless customer experience by guiding customers through the sales process, including coverage options, policy terms and pricing
- Close sales by effectively addressing questions, concerns and objections
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products to maximize customer value across Our Products and Services
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Utilize our technology systems, including quoting software, agency management software, and payment software
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with leadership, team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- All other duties as assigned
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30pm-4:30am
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
