JOB Title: Manager Business Analytics - Supplies, Parts & Service
Location: Mumbai, India
The Opportunity
We're seeking a Sr Manager - MIS & VES to lead business intelligence, performance governance, and continuous improvement for Videojet India's Service & IB organisation. In this role, you'll build real-time analytics capabilities that give leadership on-demand visibility into demand, service, and revenue performance -while championing the Veralto Enterprise System (VES) to drive a culture of continuous improvement across a large, distributed after-sales organization. This is a high-impact opportunity to sit at the intersection of data, strategy, and operations, with direct influence on how Videojet India's Service business makes decisions and delivers results. You'll work closely with Service leadership, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to align KPIs, reporting standards, and commercial strategies. Success in this role means delivering a fully automated MIS ecosystem and measurable improvements in performance governance with dashboards and analytics that leaders rely on every day to run the business.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
Lead the MIS function for the Service & Installed Base organization, delivering accurate, timely business analytics that enable data-driven decision-making at every level of the organization.
Build and maintain real-time control tower dashboards in Salesforce (SFDC) for demand, service, and revenue visibility, providing leadership with instant access to the metrics that drive performance.
Drive daily management rhythms — including bowlers, KPI tracking, and kicker program reporting — to sustain accountability and operational discipline across the service organization.
Champion VES (Veralto Enterprise System) across the Service organization, embedding continuous improvement tools, problem-solving methodologies, and a kaizen mindset into daily operations and team behaviors.
Collaborate as a core member of the commercial think tank to shape demand, pricing, and service strategies that support Videojet India's growth and profitability objectives.
Improve MIS productivity through automation and digitization initiatives that reduce manual reporting burden, accelerate insight delivery, and elevate the quality of analytics outputs.
Establish and enhance performance governance frameworks across the large after-sales and service organization, ensuring consistent execution, transparency, and accountability at all levels.
Analyze service and installed base data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks — translating complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations to align on reporting standards, KPI definitions, and business priorities.
Own the design and continuous improvement of MIS tools, processes, and workflows to support a large, distributed field service team operating across India.

Preferred Qualifications
These are nice-to-have skills that will set candidates apart:
Experience as a lean/continuous improvement champion within a service or commercial environment
Familiarity with automation and digitization tools such as Power BI, Python, or RPA platforms
Background in after-sales or field service operations within industrial, printing, packaging, or manufacturing industries
