We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented professionals to join our team as Business Development Executives and contribute to expanding the reach and impact of our skill development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
· Visit schools, colleges, communities, and job fairs to promote training programs and mobilize prospective candidates.
· Counsel students and their families on available training programs, career pathways, apprenticeship opportunities, and employment prospects.
· Organize awareness activities such as community meetings, workshops, seminars, and street plays to increase program visibility and participation.
· Build and maintain relationships with teachers, principals, parents, community leaders, and other stakeholders to support candidate mobilization efforts.
· Ensure student enrollment, attendance, and active participation in training programs.
· Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, candidate interactions, enrollments, and submit regular progress reports.
· Support batch formation, coordinate with training teams, and assist in placement follow-up activities for enrolled candidates.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
· 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Educational Marketing, Student Counseling, Skill Development, Training, Admissions, or Community Outreach.
· Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
· Strong networking, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
· Comfortable with field visits and extensive local travel.
· Ability to work independently and achieve enrollment and mobilization targets.
· Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
