Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office administration.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
- Maintain records, files, and office documents.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
- Assist with data entry and preparing reports.
- Support HR and Accounts with routine administrative tasks.
- Ensure the office is well-organized and efficiently maintained.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in office administration or coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
