Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Welder to join our fabrication and construction team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in structural fabrication, welding processes, blueprint reading, and site installation work. This role requires leadership ability, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality welding and fabrication work on structural steel and construction components.
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Operate welding equipment including MIG, TIG, ARC, and gas cutting tools.
- Supervise and guide junior welders and fabrication helpers on-site and in the workshop.
- Ensure all fabricated components meet project and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct fit-up, assembly, grinding, and finishing activities as required.
- Inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify defects and ensure durability.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
- Assist in installation and erection activities at construction sites when needed.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
