Front Office Administrator
- Manage Front Office Operations by welcoming students, parents, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner while ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative activities.
- Handle Student and Parent Inquiries through phone calls, emails, and walk-ins, providing accurate information regarding courses, admissions, fees, schedules, and institutional services.
- Coordinate Admissions and Registrations by assisting prospective students throughout the admission process, collecting required documents, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collect and Monitor Student Fees by ensuring timely fee collection, issuing receipts, maintaining payment records, and following up with students regarding pending dues.
- Track Outstanding Payments and regularly communicate with students and parents to ensure fee payments are made according to the institution's policies and schedules.
- Maintain Student Records and Documentation by accurately updating student databases, attendance records, admission files, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate with Academic and Administrative Departments to facilitate smooth communication and ensure efficient support for students and staff.
- Schedule Appointments and Meetings for counseling sessions, interviews, management discussions, and other institutional activities.
- Prepare Administrative Reports related to admissions, inquiries, fee collections, pending payments, student records, and daily operational activities.
- Ensure Professionalism and Customer Service Excellence by maintaining a positive front-office environment, handling concerns efficiently, and representing the institution professionally at all times.
- Attendance and Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance and punctuality.
Payroll Support
- Prepare attendance data for payroll processing.
- Verify overtime, leave deductions, and incentives.
- Coordinate with the finance department for salary processing.
- Maintain payroll records and employee salary information confidentially.
Employee Records Management
- Maintain employee personal files.
- Update employee information regularly.
- Manage HRMS or employee database.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Maintain biometric attendance records.
- Process leave applications.
- Track absenteeism and late arrivals.
- Prepare monthly attendance reports.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
