- Independently manage assigned station during service.
- Ensure quality control and portion control.
- Prepare complex dishes and specialty items.
- Supervise Commis II & III.
- Maintain stock rotation and reduce wastage.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist in menu planning and new dish development.
Skills & Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in relevant cuisine.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume service.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety standards.
- Good communication and team management skills.
