We are looking for a result-oriented and dynamic Center Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving admissions by converting leads into successful enrollments. The candidate will play a key role in managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to final admission, while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for prospective students
Lead Management & Conversion:
- Handle and convert leads generated through calls, walk-ins, digital platforms, and referrals.
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and benefits.
- Follow up consistently to ensure maximum conversion of leads into admissions.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Plan and execute strategies to improve conversion ratios.
Student Counseling:
- Provide accurate and complete information about courses, fees, and career scope.
- Understand student needs and guide them to the most suitable program.
Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with students and parents to maintain trust and satisfaction.
- Ensure a positive brand image of the academy at all times.
Team Coordination:
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities.
- Work closely with trainers and operations team for smooth onboarding of students.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales/admissions (preferably in education or training industry).
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Target-driven with a proactive approach.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and counseling skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
