Job Description:
· Operate CNC Plasma Cutting Machine for cutting sheet metal and fabrication
components as per drawings.
· Load raw materials, set machine parameters, and monitor cutting operations.
· Read and understand engineering drawings, cutting layouts, and nesting plans.
· Perform basic machine setup and ensure accurate dimensions during cutting.
· Inspect cut components for dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
· Identify and report machine malfunctions, material defects, or quality issues to the supervisor.
· Ensure optimum material utilization and minimize scrap during cutting operations.
· Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of the CNC Plasma machine.
· Maintain daily production records, machine logs, and job completion reports.
· Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams for smooth workflow.
· Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and 5S practices on the shop floor.
· Basic knowledge of CNC programming, nesting software, AutoCAD, or sheet metal fabrication will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
