Job Description
Helium Solar is hiring a result-oriented Solar Sales Consultant for the Noida and Greater Noida region.
The candidate will be responsible for generating commercial and industrial solar leads, meeting business owners and key decision-makers, analysing electricity bills, arranging site surveys, presenting solar proposals and closing rooftop or ground-mounted solar projects.
Helium Renewables Energy Pvt. Ltd. works in the commercial and industrial solar sector and provides cost-effective renewable energy solutions to businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate commercial and industrial solar leads in Noida and Greater Noida.
- Visit factories, warehouses, hospitals, schools, hotels and commercial establishments.
- Meet business owners, directors, plant heads, purchase heads and facility managers.
- Collect electricity bills and understand the customer’s power consumption.
- Explain solar plant cost, monthly savings, ROI and payback period.
- Coordinate site surveys with the technical and design teams.
- Prepare and present customized solar proposals.
- Regularly follow up with prospective customers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close solar project orders.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop relationships with industrial associations, consultants and channel partners.
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B, industrial, project or solution sales.
- Experience in solar sales will be preferred.

- Candidate should have a two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Local industrial contacts in Noida or Greater Noida will be an advantage.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
- MBA in Sales and Marketing will be preferred.
