About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to support the HR department in managing day-to-day employee operations across our real estate projects and corporate office. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with employees, managers, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
2. Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records, both physical and digital.
- Manage employee documents such as joining forms, KYC documents, appointment letters, and other HR records.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and personnel files.
- Ensure timely collection and updating of required employee documents.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance of employees across office and project sites.
- Maintain attendance and leave records and coordinate with respective departments for discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
- Follow up on late coming, absenteeism, and leave-related matters as per company policy.
4. Payroll Support
- Assist the HR team in collecting and verifying monthly payroll inputs.
- Provide attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, and other relevant information to the payroll team.
- Coordinate with employees regarding basic payroll-related queries.
5. Employee Engagement & HR Activities
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, celebrations, training programs, and internal events.
- Support employee recognition initiatives and maintain related records.
- Help communicate HR announcements, policies, and company updates to employees.
6. HR Administration
- Prepare HR letters, notices, memos, certificates, and other employee-related documents.
- Maintain HR trackers and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with project/site HR representatives and department heads.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and followed effectively.
- Assist with employee grievances and escalate issues to the HR Manager when required.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic HR documentation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Good interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work with employees across different departments and project sites.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
An HR certification or MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in HR/Admin or a similar role.
- Experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure, or other project-based industries will be preferred.
