About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills and experience managing multi-storey residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations from excavation to project handover.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and labour teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Plan and monitor daily, weekly and monthly work schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants and contractors.
- Verify reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, finishing and MEP works before execution.
- Conduct quantity verification and certify contractor measurements.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.
- Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain site records, DPRs, progress reports, checklists and inspection reports.
- Track project progress against timelines and report delays with mitigation plans.
- Attend client, consultant and internal review meetings.
- Support billing, contractor certification and project documentation.
- Ensure snag-free delivery and coordinate final handover.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 8–12 years of experience in residential or commercial construction.
- Experience handling multi-storey apartment projects independently.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, masonry, finishing, waterproofing and MEP coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- Good knowledge of IS codes, construction methodologies and quality standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project (preferred) and project documentation.

Working Hours
- Standard Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
- The candidate should be willing to work beyond standard hours during critical construction activities such as concrete pours, inspections, project milestones and urgent site requirements.
- Flexibility to work on Sundays or public holidays may be required on a compensatory basis, depending on project needs.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
