- Counseling & Conversion: Counsel prospective students (walk-ins, phone, email) on career paths in media/entertainment and convert them into enrollments.
- Lead Generation & Follow-up: Perform outbound calling, follow up on inquiries, and manage the student database.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly admission and collection targets.
- Presentation & Marketing: Visit colleges, schools, or attend career fairs to generate leads, often using presentation skills to explain course benefits.
- Academic Coordination: Maintain records and coordinate with academic teams regarding batch timings and student needs. [1, 2, 3]
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Generally 1–5 years in sales, educational counseling, or business development (preferably in the creative/vocational training sector).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate course benefits.
- Sales Mindset: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to handle objections and close deals.
- Education: Typically a Bachelor’s degree in any field
