CocoLuxe Stays is a fast-growing hospitality startup specializing in Airbnb management, vacation rentals, interior setup, housekeeping services, and property management. We help property owners maximize their rental income while delivering premium guest experiences.
We're looking for a confident, energetic, and target-driven Sales Executive who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and closing deals.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Visit residential societies, commercial projects, and builders across Pune.
- Meet property owners and explain CocoLuxe Stays' services.
- Acquire apartments, studios, villas, and commercial spaces for our Revenue Share, Fixed Rent, or Management models.
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Follow up with prospective owners and close deals.
Service Sales
- Promote and sell our Interior Setup services.
- Promote Housekeeping and Property Management services.
- Explain how owners can increase rental income through CocoLuxe Stays.
Guest & Operations Support
- Coordinate with guests whenever required.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Ensure smooth property onboarding and handover.
- Support the operations team in delivering an excellent guest experience.
Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with property owners.
- Maintain lead records and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
- Represent CocoLuxe Stays professionally during client meetings.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and travelling across Pune.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
- Experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Banking, Insurance, or Field Sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
