Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and development teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver data-driven recommendations that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Developers, QA, and Project Managers.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies.
- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops, stakeholder meetings, and sprint planning sessions.
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure requirements are clearly understood by development teams.
- Analyze business processes and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions against business requirements.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in requirement elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
