We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Online Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential sellers, explaining our services, and converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients (sellers) and introduce Maxacc's e-commerce services.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Promote services like E-commerce Account managemnet Services,social media marketing, product shoots, advertisement management, and brand growth strategies.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales (E-commerce industry experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) is advantageous.
- Fluent in English and Hindi/Punjabi.
