As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be the face of our premium career tracks. You will not be selling small, cheap packages; your main focus will be consulting students and parents on our flagship Advanced IT & Placement Assistance Programs (priced from ₹15,000 to ₹40,000).
- Lead Management: Reach out to warm leads, inquiries, and passed-out student databases through daily outbound calling.
- Career Counseling: Understand the student's career background, handle objections about fees by explaining ROI, and guide them to choose the right advanced tech program.
- Target Achievement: Maintain consistent day-to-day call volumes and close a minimum of 8 to 10 premium enrollments per month.
- B2B Outreach: Assist the management team in coordinating with local engineering and degree placement cells for institutional boot camps.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
