- Lead, train, and mentor a team of telecallers/tele-fundraisers to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential donors, explain the NGO's cause, and secure financial contributions for active crowdfunding initiatives.
- Conduct daily briefings, monitor live calls, evaluate performance metrics (call volume, conversion rates), and provide constructive feedback.
- Handle complex inquiries, resolve donor complaints, and build long-term relationships with regular supporters.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
