Role Overview
The IP Sales & Strategic Partnerships lead will be responsible for commercializing LegaXy's portfolio of IPs by securing sponsorships, strategic partnerships, licensing deals, and long-term brand collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute revenue strategies for LegaXy's IP portfolio across content, live events, gaming, learning, and athlete-led properties.
- Identify and engage brands, agencies, sponsors, broadcasters, and ecosystem partners.
- Build customized sponsorship packages aligned with partner objectives.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.
- Create partnership decks, commercial proposals, and revenue models.
- Collaborate with creative and execution teams to develop marketable brand solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with CMOs, marketing heads, sponsorship managers, and agency leaders.
- Track sponsorship inventory, deliverables, and partner ROI.
- Explore licensing, franchise, and international partnership opportunities.
Desired Profile
- 5–10+ years in sponsorship sales, sports marketing, media sales, entertainment partnerships, or brand solutions.
- Proven track record of selling IPs, sponsorships, events, media properties, or branded content.
- Strong network across brands, agencies, media houses, and marketing decision-makers.
- Ability to understand brand objectives and convert them into commercial opportunities & strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Success Metrics
- Sponsorship and partnership revenue generated.
- Number of new brand partnerships secured.
- Renewal and retention rate of partners.
- Average deal size and multi-year partnership conversions.
- Commercial utilization of LegaXy's IP portfolio.

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
