We are seeking a dedicated and articulate Customer Support Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless communication experience and maintaining the high service standards of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Coordination: Effectively manage inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Conflict Resolution: Address client grievances with empathy and provide accurate, timely solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
- Liaison: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream (Candidates with a legal background will have an added advantage).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM software.
- Experience: 0–3 years in customer-facing roles. Freshers with a proactive attitude are welcome.
