Position: Sr. Manager - Accounts & Finance
We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive finance professional to lead our Accounts & Finance. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing the finance department, ensuring statutory compliance, strengthening financial controls, and supporting business growth through sound financial management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 3 Accounts & Finance professionals independently.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations using Tally ERP and the company's ERP system.
- Manage inventory accounting and ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare financial statements and coordinate finalization of accounts with statutory auditors.
- Handle banking relationships, credit facilities, and preparation of bank proposals.
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow planning, and working capital.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and all other statutory requirements.
- Handle foreign exchange (Forex) transactions and related documentation.
- Coordinate purchase-related financial activities and vendor payment processes.
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, financial analyses, and management presentations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost control, and automation within the finance function.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) qualification will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in independently managing the Accounts & Finance function in a manufacturing organization.
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, ERP systems, inventory accounting, banking, treasury, GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and auditing.
- Experience handling Forex transactions, banking documentation, and financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, along with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred age: 35–55 years.
