Experience - 1 to 6 years
Location - Hisar
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct eye examinations and diagnose refractive errors
- Perform subjective & objective refraction
- Support ophthalmologists and handle pre/post-op assessments
- Perform diagnostics (Auto-refraction, Keratometry, Tonometry, OCT, Fundus)
- Counsel patients on diagnosis, treatment, and spectacles
- Support optical dispensing and drive conversions
- Maintain records, follow SOPs, and ensure hygiene & compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams

- Refraction & diagnostic accuracy
- Patients handled per day & turnaround time
- Patient satisfaction & counseling effectiveness
- Optical conversion (advised vs purchased)
- EMR accuracy & SOP adherence
Requirements
- Degree in Optometry
- Good clinical and communication skills
- Patient-focused approach
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
