Job Summary:
Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and smooth functioning of pharmaceutical production machinery to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations and compliance with GMP standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of pharmaceutical machinery
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues
- Ensure optimal performance of production and packaging equipment
- Maintain maintenance logs, equipment records, and reports
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of GMP, SOPs, and safety standards
- Preventive maintenance and equipment calibration knowledge
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
- 2–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical machinery maintenance
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with tablet compression, capsule filling, blister packing, liquid filling, and other pharma production equipment
- Knowledge of GMP-compliant manufacturing environments
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
