Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert sales leads for industrial plotting projects.
- Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective buyers.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Follow up with inquiries and convert them into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for booking, documentation, and agreement processes.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industrial real estate developments.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
