- Welcome guests with a polished and professional presence
- Handle enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Conduct premium property tours
- Convert enquiries into bookings
- Manage check-ins and check-outs
- Maintain guest records and payments
- Coordinate with housekeeping & maintenance
- Resolve guest concerns promptly
- Maintain front desk presentation

- Strong communication skills (English + local language)

Experience
1–3 years in hospitality, co-living, hotels, or customer service.
Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
