Job Description:
We are looking for an effective and detail-oriented cad draftsman/woman to join our Trivandrum team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in CAD and architectural drafting and will collaborate with our senior architects, project teams, and consultants to develop high-quality design deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Documentation
· Develop architectural designs drawings in CAD under the guidance of senior architects or project leads.
· Prepare detailed construction drawings (plans, elevations, sections, details) using CAD.
· Assist in creating architectural detail drawing
· Ensure all CAD outputs adhere to project specifications, CAD standards, and industry codes.
Project Coordination
· Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants within the CAD drawings.
· Maintain CAD organization standards, including correct naming conventions, worksets, and templates.
· Participate in clash detection and conduct coordination meetings
Team Collaboration
· Work closely with project architects and the design manager to resolve design and technical issues.
· Communicate effectively with internal teams and external collaborators about CAD workflows and design intent.
· Contribute to design meetings and assist in tracking and delivering project milestones.
Technical Proficiency & Standards
· Keep up-to-date with new CAD tools and productivity enhancements like excel zoho projects etc.
· Help maintain and implement office-wide CAD standards and best practices.
· Occasionally assist with mentoring interns or junior team members on drawing workflows.
General Responsibilities
· Conduct occasional site visits or virtual inspections to align cad drawings with actual site conditions.
· Assist in compiling submission sets for planning and building permit processes.
· Support project development from concept through construction documentation and, when required, during construction.
Mandatory Requirements:
· Must be based in Trivandrum or willing to relocate.
· Strong proficiency in CAD is a must; knowledge of Excel sketch up and other tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
· MInimum 3 years of experience working on architecture projects using cad.
· Good understanding of construction methods and project coordination.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
