We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Back Office Executive to manage banking work, documentation, data entry, and other administrative activities. The candidate should be organized, punctual, and capable of handling day-to-day office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office administrative and back office work.
- Manage and maintain files, documents, and records properly.
- Visit banks and government offices for official work when required.
- Assist in property-related documentation and paperwork.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and staff regarding office matters.
- Perform data entry and maintain records in MS Excel and Word.
- Support daily office operations.
- Follow up on pending documents and office-related tasks.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of banking and office-related work.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage documents carefully and maintain confidentiality.
- Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
- The candidate must own a two-wheeler.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
