About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Prompt Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, testing, optimizing, and deploying AI prompts and conversational experiences that deliver accurate, reliable, and business-focused outcomes.
The candidate should have experience working with Microsoft Copilot technologies, AI agents, prompt engineering frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise knowledge sources.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize prompts for Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered business applications.
- Build and enhance conversational AI experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Develop structured prompts to improve response accuracy, consistency, and business relevance.
- Create and maintain prompt libraries, templates, and best practices.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand use cases and translate requirements into effective AI interactions.
- Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge sources.
- Integrate Copilot solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, and external systems.
- Monitor AI performance and continuously improve prompt effectiveness through testing and evaluation.
- Reduce hallucinations and improve response grounding through prompt engineering and knowledge integration.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and solution architects on AI initiatives.
- Develop and test AI agents capable of automating business workflows and decision support.
