Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of professional experience in AI integration or automation engineering.
- Hands-on expertise with OpenAI and Anthropic platforms.
- Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and workflow automation.
- Experience with OCR/document extraction tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with RAG concepts and their application in AI workflows.
- Proficiency in API integration, webhooks, and automation frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent English fluency and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to cloud AI services (Azure AI, AWS AI, Google Vertex AI).
- Experience with vector databases for RAG implementations.
- Knowledge of enterprise automation platforms (Make, n8n, Zapier, Power Automate).
- Background in machine learning fundamentals.

Description
- AI Workflow Design: Develop and optimize AI-powered workflows for document processing, email triage, and intelligent automation.
- Prompt Engineering: Craft, refine, and test prompts to maximize the performance of large language models.
- OCR & Extraction: Implement OCR pipelines for structured and unstructured document data extraction.
- RAG Basics: Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques to enhance AI responses with contextual knowledge.
- Email Triage: Automate classification, prioritization, and routing of emails using AI models.
- Integration: Connect AI services with existing business systems via APIs, webhooks, and orchestration tools.
- Monitoring & Optimization: Track performance of AI workflows and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
Pay: ₹375,741.73 - ₹1,553,700.40 per year
