About the Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry Operator to support our dealership operations. The role involves accurate entry of customer, vehicle, service, and financial data into dealership systems, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with OEM standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter customer, vehicle, service, and spare parts data into ERP/CRM systems.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and warranty claims.
- Update daily workshop job cards and service history.
- Assist accounts and service teams with timely data reporting.
- Verify and cross‑check entries to avoid errors and duplication.
- Generate MIS reports and share with management as required.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of dealership data.
Qualifications
- BSc Computer Science, Bsc IT, BCA/ Masters degree
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry (automobile dealership experience preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office, Tally ERP, and dealership management software.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
