Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Showroom Sales Executive to assist customers, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional showroom experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and offers.
- Conduct product presentations and coordinate test rides.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.
- Maintain customer records and update sales activities in the system.
- Coordinate with the delivery and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and generate referrals.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in automobile sales. Candidates with sales experience in other industries may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two or Graduation.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
