Role:
Guide students and parents in choosing the right academic programs while supporting admissions and enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on courses, fees, and career outcomes
- Manage admission process from inquiry to enrollment
- Follow up on leads and maintain CRM records
- Conduct calls, webinars, and counseling sessions
- Support onboarding and student relationship management
Eligibility:
- Graduate in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Freshers or 0–2 years experience can apply
- Interest in education, counseling, or sales
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive and target-oriented mindset
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge
- Willingness to learn and grow
