Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, on-site night shift role focused on expanding our business footprint in global markets.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and supporting revenue growth through research-driven strategies and consistent follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities in target markets
- Perform lead generation through outbound outreach, online research, and professional platforms
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to create presentations, proposals, and solutions for clients
- Manage and track leads using CRM and lead management tools
- Support business strategy development and contribute ideas for organizational growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets related to lead generation and conversions
- Maintain ongoing communication with prospects to ensure timely engagement and follow-ups
- Participate in team huddles, performance reviews, and training programs to enhance skills
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation (B2B preferred)
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong understanding of business strategy, market research, and account management
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to identify business opportunities and build meaningful client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM tools, prospecting tools, and market research platforms (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Night Shift: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST
Working with US based clients & markets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
