We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with 4 years of end-to-end IT & Non-IT recruitment experience. The role involves sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and referrals, managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, coordinating with hiring managers, negotiating offers, and ensuring smooth onboarding. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and recruitment expertise are essential.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
