We are hiring a Computer Operator cum Office Assistant to handle day-to-day data entry, document management, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of computers, comfortable typing skills, and the ability to handle routine office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Accurately enter shipment details, client information, and logistical data into our internal systems.
- Documentation: Prepare, format, and maintain files using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Web Research & Operations: Use web browsers to track shipments, verify information, and manage online portals.
- Office Support: Assist in daily administrative tasks including printing, scanning documents, sorting mail, and maintaining office files.
- Coordination: Coordinate with field staff, drivers, or vendors as required for smooth operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Computer Fundamentals: Good understanding of operating systems (Windows/Mac) and basic file management.
- Software Proficiency: Practical knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas) and MS Word (letter drafting, formatting).
- Internet Savvy: Comfortable navigating web browsers, using search engines, and managing emails.
- Typing Speed: Minimum typing speed of 15–20 words per minute (wpm) with high accuracy.
Language & Communication
- English: Basic spoken and written English (must be able to read emails, understand basic instructions, and communicate simple updates).
- Local Language: Fluency in the local language is a plus.
Other Criteria
- Education: Minimum High School Graduate / Higher Secondary (12th Pass). A diploma in Computer Applications is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Traits: Punctual, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
